For Valentine's this year, Brandon and I stayed home! Brandon made me waffles for breakfast, and gave me three pretty roses. We lounged around all day watching movies and playing with Luce. I made some Chicken Parmigiana for dinner and some delicious Chocolate Mousse for dessert! It was a good day!
Ok, I know I already blogged about South Mountain, but we went again last week on a different trail, and saw some different things :D I also wanted to post a video of Lucy ready to go. Enjoy :D
Listen carefully for Lucy, but just ignore me talking, I'm just trying to get her to talk back. :D
So the other day, I was SUPER bored. I was just laying around trying to think of something to do. All of a sudden, I remembered the joys of puzzles. I went to Walmart and found a cheap puzzle. Brandon and I put it together in like 2 days, all 1,000 pieces. We were addicted to it! We even got ready for church extra early that Sunday to work on it...lol here it is!
Brandon and I have wanted another dog ever since Lucy joined our family. We've been talking recently about what we would get if we had the time/space/money. We both decided that someday when we are rich and famous, we would like to get a brindle-colored English Mastiff :D
After living here 5 months, living less than a mile from the mountain trails, we finally went for a mini-hike on MLK day. It was fun, and we hope to do it again soon! Here are a few of the pictures, enjoy! :D
Ok, so today we went grocery shopping. We came home and while we were putting everything away, Brandon dropped the milk somehow and it exploded on the kitchen floor. Have no Fear! Lucy was near!!! Our little mop started cleaning it up right away :D
Ok, last one for now, I promise! For those of you who know what the blow-dryer dance is, I finally got it on camera!! :D For those of you who don't, here it is! It's mostly towards the end, so hang in there. I am also aware that this may only be funny to me and Brandon, but I thought I would share it anyway :D
Brandon and I were married August 16th 2008, in the Columbia River Temple. Our beautiful baby girl joined us in 2011, and we couldn't love her more. We never know what lies ahead for us, and we love the adventure! Thanks for stopping by.
